This privacy policy explains how Reward.HR (referred to herein as “Reward.HR”, “We”, “us”) handles personal information and other data we obtain from you anytime you interact with the website located at www.reward.hr (the “Site”) and the services, features, products, content or applications we make available, including the mobile application called “Reward.HR” (the “Application”) (collectively with the Site, the “Services”).

Personal information means data which identifies an individual person, like name or email address. If we store personal information with data that is non-personal, we will consider the combination as personally identifiable formation. If we remove all personal information from a set of data, then the remaining data is non-personal. Data from merchant subscribers, like a business email address, is non-personal information.

Information we collect from you

Reward.HR does not collect, store or process personal information unless you choose to register with us.

Registrations

If you choose to register for the Services, Reward.HR collects and stores the information we require you to provide: your name, phone number, email address and password you choose. We combine and store this information together with additional information that we request in the Settings section at and after registration, such as the gender, birthday date, nickname and addresses. We also will combine your personal information with all the materials that you upload such as photo and gif files, video and audio files, and messages, as well as with the operational information that we collect via technology while you navigate through our Services (see the section below.)

Reward.HR processes your personally identifiable information only in accordance with this Privacy Policy or any applicable service-specific privacy notice. Please note that Reward.HR may use your information for marketing unless you ask us not to; see the section below on Managing your Information.

By registering with Reward.HR you are authorizing us to collect, store and use your personally identifiable information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Financial information

If you send gifts or purchase products through the Services, your financial information, such as your payment method (valid credit card number, type, expiration date or other financial information), is collected and stored by our third party payment processing company (the "Payment Processor"), and use and storage of that information is governed by the Payment Processor’s applicable privacy policy. As of the Effective Date of this Privacy Policy listed below, Stripe is the Payment Processor used within the Services and its privacy policy is available at https://stripe.com/us/privacy or such other URL designated by Stripe. In order to facilitate your order transactions, we collect and store your credit card type and the last four digits of your credit card number, but no other financial information. When you order products using the Services, we may share your billing (including credit card type and last four digits of your credit card number) and purchase information with the applicable brand or retailer of your purchase and any fulfillment companies.

Information collected via technology; Browsing

When you browse our Services Reward.HR’s servers automatically log standard technical/operational information, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and the date and time of your request.

Reward.HR uses this operational information to help us improve our service and customize your experience at our Services. We use aggregated information to track trends and analyze use patterns.

Cookies: Reward.HR also uses “cookies” – small files containing a string of characters sent to your computer that uniquely identifies your browse. Sending a cookie enables us to collect operational information and to keep a record of your preferences. We use session cookies to keep you logged in while you use features of our service; these disappear after you close your browser. If you agree to stay logged in, we will also use a persistent cookie that stays in your browser and allows us to recognize you when you return to the site.

Third party analytics: Reward.HR uses analytics companies/tracking services to administer our Services, to enhance your online experience and to learn about how you use Reward.HR services in order to improve the quality of our Services. This data includes usage and user statistics, but is not used to identify you. These third party partners perform analytics for us and others.

Information disclosure

Reward.HR does not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share your personally identifiable information, including any of your user profile data that you create, with other organizations for their marketing or promotional uses.

Reward.HR may disclose personally identifiable information about our users to third parties: (a) with your consent or as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy; (b) when we have a good faith belief it is necessary pursuant to a subpoena or other judicial or administrative order; (c) where required by law; or (d) at our sole discretion, where we deem necessary to respond to claims, to protect the safety of any individual or the public, to fight against fraud, or to protect the rights or property of Reward.HR or any third party.

We do disclose personally identifiable information to affiliated companies, sub-contractors, other agents or businesses or persons to: provide web site hosting, maintenance, and security services; fulfill orders; conduct data analysis and create reports for us; offer certain functionality; assist Reward.HR in improving our service and creating new service features, and perform marketing for us. We require that these parties process such information in compliance with this Privacy Policy, we authorize only a limited use of such information, and we require these parties to use reasonable confidentiality measures to keep your information secure.

Reward.HR may also disclose to third parties anonymous aggregated user information that is not personally identifiable.

Social Media Features. Our Services may include social media features or widgets, such as the Facebook Like button. Use of these features may allow them to collect your IP address, detect which page you are visiting on our site, and set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the third party providing the function.

Brands, Retailers and Fulfillment Companies. When you send or receive gifts using the Services, you may be purchasing or just receiving such products directly from Reward.HR or from our brand or retailer partners, as applicable. We may share your email address, billing (including credit card type and last four digits of your credit card number), purchase, shipping and return information with the applicable brand, retailer and any fulfillment companies. The applicable brand or retailer is solely responsible for all customer order fulfillment, customer service, shipping, returns and exchanges. The brand or retailer may use the information we share with it in the manner described in its privacy policy, including to send you marketing messages. Because we do not control the privacy practices of any of our brand and retailer partners, please review its privacy policy and direct any questions regarding its use of your information to it. If you do not want to receive any marketing communications, the privacy policy of the brand or retailer may tell you how to opt out of receiving its marketing messages. Please follow the instruction provided by the brand or retailer partner in order to opt-out of or unsubscribe from such marketing communications.

Data Integrity; Your Right to Manage your Information

Reward.HR takes reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we process is accurate, complete, and current, but we depend on our users to update or correct their personal information whenever necessary.

You have the right at any time to prevent us from contacting you for marketing purposes. Contact us at [email protected] or follow the unsubscribe instructions at the end of any commercial email you receive from us. Please note that we may still continue to send you administrative emails such as updates to this Privacy Policy.

Do Not Track Signals

There is no uniform or consistent standard or definition for responding to, processing, or communicating Do Not Track signals. Personal information collected by Reward.HR may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which Reward.HR or its affiliates, subsidiaries, or agents maintain facilities. If you are accessing the Reward.HR site from the European Union or other regions with laws governing content collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, then please note that you may well be transferring your personal information outside of your country and possibly to the United States and that by viewing the website and providing your personal information you consent to that transfer.

ACCURACY AND ACCESS

We will reply to your request within thirty (30) days of submission. For your protection, you will be required to provide proof of your identity to obtain a copy of your personal information. You can help us maintain accurate records by updating your registration information or informing us at [email protected] of changes or modifications to your personal information.

Data Security

Reward.HR implements security measures designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction. For example, when you enter personal information such as your name or email address, we encrypt that information, and any other account information, using secure socket layer technology (SSL). Other measures include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data.

Children Under 13

IF YOU ARE UNDER 13 YEARS OF AGE, PLEASE DO NOT USE OR ACCESS REWARD.HR AT ANY TIME OR IN ANY MANNER.

Reward.HR does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register. If you are under 13, please do not send any information about yourself to us, including your name, or email address. If you are the parent or legal guardian of a child under 13 who has become a member of Reward.HR, then please contact Reward.HR at [email protected] to have that child's account terminated and information deleted.

In the Event of Merger or Sale

In the event that Reward.HR is acquired by or merged with a third-party entity, or undergoes a change of control or any form of sale or transfer of some or all of its assets, we reserve the right, in any of these circumstances, to transfer or assign the information that we have collected from users as part of that merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control.
